Hello again,

I am Jacob Czebotar From Portland we spoke a while back on the phone about purchasing a whole butcher lamb but I wanted to try some and you told me that wild oats was the place to go get it.

Well the other day we were out in Gresham and saw the wild oats store and ask the wife to stop and so we did and I when to the butcher and asked about your lamb and he stated to me that he had some and well needless to say I picked up a steak of some sort and threw it on the grill with nothing on it and grill it. I wanted to see how it was just by itself and WOW I mean WOW it was great.

When your husband told me that you bred for meat and not wool I could not figure out what the real difference but there is and WOW I say again WOW it was wonderful and I will be making a order soon just need to save up a few dollars to make a order that I want to make and well can you give me the # of the processor so I can get a better idea of what cut there are so that I can be better informed when I make my order before a Tuesday lol.
