Anderson Ranches Lamb Kebobs Serves 5 people
2 1/2 pounds lean lamb cubes 6.5 ounces vinegar 6.5 ounces vegetable oil 1/8 cup salt 2 TBS pepper 1/2 pound chopped onion 6.5 ounces A-1 Sauce 6.5 ounces lemon juice
Mix marinade ingredients. Skewer lamb cubes on bamboo skewers. Place in glass 9x13 pan. Pour marinade over to cover. Let set overnight, turning lamb over several times during the day. BBQ over medium to hot coals until no longer pink inside. ENJOY! |
